  • jcm 2000 tsl100 problems on a sunday!!!

I got a jcm2000 tsl 100 watt and a customer who has to have it yesterday hes already rushed me and got mad at me cause he had to have it at his gig in five days when right now our wait is 3 weeks, so i did a rush job which i hate hate hate doing for him didnt give it a full burn in prob missed somethings trying to meet his deadline and the problem came back and now hes even more pissed and rushing me again for some other gig. So here i am working on Sunday for him and i need alittle help and i know its my own damn fault.
Ok so R24 keeps running really hot until it unsolder itself and as its doing it it make this periodic static crackly sound. The amp runs great on the crunch channels but the clean is way to low. Also R63 runs pretty hot to its way hotter to the touch then any of the ceramic and its started to turn slightly brown but so far that doesn't seam to effect the out put on the lead channels. I tested and replaced weak tubes and rebiased it for the new power tubes that helped bring the volume up alittle but its still weak on the clean.
    Thanks for any help guys

When you say R24 and R63, which board is that on and which issue board?
