Earth amps are like Peaveys?

So I have an old Earth Power Bass with the 440 output module, solid state from the 70's.
Are they pretty much modeled off of the Peaveys of the same era?
That's what I've read so far while searching for schems, and the output amp sure looks like your typical Peavey 400B/H/G amp.

Aaaaand, with a little more digging they ARE copied/stolen/cloned from various Peavey's of the day.
I like Enzo's quote: "Earth copied Peavey amps down to the rivets, then Peavey sued them out of existance".

Guess they never heard of patent infringement.

I remember reading that the reason Peavey won the lawsuit was due to the fact that Earth copied the circuit board design right down to a deliberate mistake that was included just to catch cloners.
