This cabinet's horn sounds awful when the L-pad is turned up. It sounds worse the harder/louder you play through it. My thoughts are that the horn has blown, but not sure this is the right "guess." I'm curious how yall might approach this. Check crossover components? Not sure how to check the horn, as it works, it just sounds bad. So a DC resistance test most likely will show no issues. Finally, the bulb limiters in the crossover are not lighting up at all when I play it full on. I don't want to order a new horn and find that it's not the only problem. Also if anyone has a schematic for this it'd help.

Conect a signal to the crossover as normal, disconnect the horn. Clip your bench speaker to the terminals where the horn was. The sound will of course be thin and trebly, but does it sound clear or garbled?
Take the horn apart and look at the voice coil. Is it trashed or does it look healthy?Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

You should be able to trace out the circuit in a few minutes of time and a pencil.
There is a thread nerby about an AMpeg BA115HP, look in that, I think one of the linked schematics is the same crossover.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
