  • Hot Rot De Ville 212 - 2002

I have one Fender Hot Rod Deville in my workshop. The amp is fine on the clean channel, but when I switch on the Drive channel there is a permanent noise like a motorbike engine sound, the drive control and the master volume affect the frequency and pitch of the sound.
I have checked the pcb`s for bad joints, change the tubes etc

    Thanks in advance.

I strongly recommend replacing the rest. There is no reason for them to last any longer than the one that failed.
My rants, products, services and incoherent babblings on my blog.
