the avt 100 ive recently "repaired" is working fine in the fact its not blowing up or smoking
but now i have a new problem , there's a drastic loss in output volume and the tone seems a thiner and not as fat sounding as before
ive always used this amp and have had to normally turn it down on stage because the lead singer has problems hearing himself through the on stage monitors
the amp is always miked up and run the P.A rig but i always rely on the amp to provide me with my own onstage monitoring because that's the way i like it
but at this saturdays gig i couldn't hear the amp hardly at all even with the volume dial cranked full , so i had to rely on onstage monitoring to hear myself which i don't like , it doesn't sound the same and give me the same feel
does anyone know what things could cause a drastic volume drop like this
as im about to take the thing apart again to try and figure this out
any help would be much appreciated
cheers
