V-amp problem

Can someone explain any solution to my problem in vamp2?


The problem is that whenever i start my v-amp 2, all my previous presets are automatically erased and all the presets are set to only one amplifier the AMERICAN BLUES and the effect is set to wah wah and even if i change the effect or the amp, the sound remains the same.

But when I reset the v-amp2, everything is back to normal, only my presets are deleted. Can any 1 please give a solution!

Open it up. Is there a coin-cell battery snapped into a little clip inside? Probably a CR2032 or similar number. I bet it is flat. A new one from Radio Shack in that clip ought to restore the memory ability. Check the old battery with a voltmeter.
