Broken allen & heath board amp need help finding ec-10n20 mosfet

Have a PA12-CP a&h mixer board with one of the power amp outputs blown, Found a couple blown resistors on the drian and gate of the of the ec-10n20's. Cant find anyone with a supply of ec-10n20. Looks like it was made in the uk a while back by exicon i dont think they even make it still. Maybe im wrong though.
If anyone knows a sorce or substitue that would be great.

Will do, i see its a t03 package if thats all i can find ill make it work.
