      I do believe the correct term is "sense resistor".
      It has nothing to do with the bias.
      Just getting pedantic.

        ... by the way could I install these in my 66' twin reverb?

        My twin reverb is a 66' not a reissue
        but perhaps the bias resistors are the same?
        This the modified schematic with sense resistors for your amp
