Fender M-80 Head, 8ohm input jack broken

Hi everyone, im very frustrated i wanted to play guitar but no sound came out, i checked connections and found that the 8ohm input jack for my M-80 head is broken, here are some pictures of the problem, can anybody help me? (some pictures, diagaram or somerthing) some pieces falled a part so i dont know how to connect it... thx'

I am assuming you have the M-80, not the M-80 Chorus?

If you do have the Chorus model instead, let us know.
