How does one order parts for Marshall Amps? I've contacted Marshall they forwarded my email to another company in the US that wants my Service Center # which I don't have. I saw that All Parts was one way but I haven't heard back from them either. Anyone have any more suggestions? The amp is an MG100DFX.

If you are not a MArshall dealer or service center, then you can't order parts from Marshall, at least in the USA.
You then need to order parts from any Marshall dealer, or a Marshal parts seller like Parts Is Parts, to whom Jazz posted a link.
