I assume you mean the heaters in the tubes are not glowing. No they are not wired so one will kill all. They do have a heater fuse though, and it is likely blown. It is also posible the heater current wires have come loose or burnt their connector, but a simple open fuse is more likely.
The fuse on the rear panel is the main fuse for the entire amp, but inside the amp chassis are several more fuses for the sub sections. The heater fuse will probably be a ceramic type of 10 amps if I recall.
The voltages inside the amp can KILL YOU, so please be carefulEducation is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

The rear grille has to come off, then the four screws through the rubber feet have to come out. They hold the chassis in place. The chassis may hang up on the front panel. If so, four screws hold that in place.
Please be careful in this amp. I am dead serious that it can kill you if you touch something live. Make sure the amp has been unplugged from the wall for ten minutes before going inside.
The only true test for each fuse is to remove it from its clip and test it with your ohm meter. SOme fuses look good but are not. And the ceramic fuses you can't see into anyway.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
