Any Echoplex experts?

I keep getting this one back.....
this time the belt popped off.......... again...
motor is fine, I cleaned and lubed everything before, electrically it's fine.
So what would cause the belt to jump?
The motor is at a slight angle, any way to level it?

If it's the old belt then it's stretched and needs replacing.

There are links on my echoplex page to get new ones.

If the motor is askew then possible the mounts are worn, but I don't have a source anymore for them.
