MESA Mk3 reverb question

I have a new Accutronics 9AB3C1B, but my amp (mesa mk3) needs a 9AB3A1B ie the input/output is grounded. Can I modify the 9AB3C1B to work ie is it simply a case of grounding the input RCA socket?

If you haven't figured this out yet, the answer is yes. I usually jumper a short wire from the shell contact to one of the mounting point rivets.
