Set the amp head to either 4 ohms or 16 ohms.

Set the switch on the speaker cabinet to Mono.

Take one speaker cable and plug one end into the head and the other end into either the 4 ohm or the 16 ohm jack on the speaker cabinet, depending upon what the selector on the head is set to.

ok thx,what about the amp setting for stereo?besides switching the switch on the cab to stereo that is,thx in advance

Is the head stereo? Or does it just have two paralleled speaker jacks?

If the amp is mono (one power amp) then there is no way for it to be stereo (two power amps).

The cabinet has been designed to work with either a mono source or a stereo source. So if your head is mono, to use all four speakers, you can use it with either of the two mono jacks on the speaker cabinet, 4 ohms or 16 ohms. If you set the speaker cabinet switch to stereo and use one of the 8 ohm jacks, you can use just two of the speakers.
