So it occured to my that, since my tremolo isn't working and I don't need two input channels, I could pull tube 4 and get rid of any noise that circuit was generating. Sure enough, did so and made a signficant dent in the noise, without any volume loss in channel 2.
There's still a bit more noise than I'd like. I haven't had the time to really go through and figure out if there's any ground loops in the signal path from channel 2, but that's the next step I think. I also have yet to unhook the reverb tank, but am still planning to do soComment
