Behringer dual 31 band eq issue

Curious if anyone else has had their Behringer dual 31 band eq mess up on channel 2.
I got in two for these eq's with the same problem. It shows on the signal LED's, the input level is fluctuating wildly even though no signal is applied.

The power supply voltages are +/- 15v. Sounds good. Think a coupling capacitor is bad? Need schematic if possible.
