2 channels blending when they shouldn't be?

I have one input going to a 12ax7>tonestack>PI and another separate input going to an ef86>tonestack>other tail of PI and they seem to interact with eachother and I'm not sure why? It doesn't matter which input, If I turn up the volume or tone on the other channel it comes through.

Hope I'm making some sense. The inputs are not shorting together either. Any ideas?

What do you have that is isolating the two circuits ?
