Selmer TnB 50 SV

I've recently recapped and retubed my Selmer Tnb 50 SV. Sounding great, but I can't seem to bias it cold enough. At minute my voltage readings are all matching up with the schematic but I'm reading 57ma @ 432v giving me an idle of around 25w. This is the coldest I can get it. I've installed a trimmer as shown in the diagram below. Any ideas?

Increase the value of the 39K resistor between the bias winding & the diode. Set the pot to minimum resistance and select a resistor value that gives 40ma-ish at the hottest setting.
