I need to fix a burnt trace on the board. Does the whole kit & kabootle have to come out togather ? Any hints etc?Thanks pb

Yes the whole thing needs to come out.There are 3 pcb's folded into a U and stuffed into the chassis.If you do not have experience working on these pcb's I would take it to someone who does.Be careful not to break any of the wires connecting the boards when removing them.These are not the best build quality. -
The early ones had the three board sections wired together with little jumper wires. The later ones added a couple small right ably brackets between two of the boards. SO it is less bendy.
Fish out the little board with the two jacks on it, then when you take the screws out and the pot nuts off, you can squeeze the boards close together in the middle.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.Comment

Got the board out.
Jumped the burnt trace. The Vol pot was broken off so got to order a 250K pot ,knob & EL-84s from Magic Parts. Thanks for the Help. pbComment
