Crap! I been trying to rebuild from a fire and save my stuff but it just keeps getting worse. My TSL 60 got wet, and I may have turned it on AFTER i let it dry in the sun for a day without speakers for two hours... NOW, my tubes glow, but no blue, and no diff when i engage the power (take her off standby)... NO VOLUME AT ALL - I will try the effects loop trick tomorrow... what else might I have done? Thx!

Well before doing much else, check for all the power supply voltages inside. A blown fuse could leave you without B+, and thus no sound.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

I woulda pulled the chassis out and let it sit outside in the sun *all damn day*. Water can collect under components and while the board may look dry, you still have water there that can become a conductive path for HV. Transformers need to be really baked dry as well. Switches....if there was any unused sections that didn't have the parts stuffed (just a slot where the solder tab would be), water can get in there and it will have to be real warm for a long time to evaporate it out all the way.
My take on it....if this happens, don't be in a big hurry to power it up after water damage. Bake it for as long as you can just to be on the safe side. The farmer takes a wife, the barber takes a pole....
