Anyone know where to get a preamp tube retainer like the one below? It fits a PCB mounted tube and retains it using the chassis.

    Thanks!

That looks like it is from a Fender HotRod or similar amp.
I'd call Fender & ask them.

Think Antique Electronic has them also.

Thanks guys. Antique electronics has some that like different but might work. I'll take a measurement and give it a try.

What brand and model is that out of? That company's parts suppliers would be a good bet.

Jazz, the Hot Rods have the tubes hanging down from the edge of the chassis. The sockets have the pins straight through, not these Belton sockets.

I was hoping not to have to 'fess up to it, but it's a Crate Blue Voodoo BV6212.

I checked the Crate website and for parts and they want you to contact one of their Authorized Service Centers. I was hoping I could get a generic and not have to deal with them.

Never Marshall JVM's have these as well. I think I remember it being a Belkin, but I don't know for sure.

I just received a Fender Hot Rod for repair.
It is indeed as you stated, Enzo.
                (not that I doubted you)
                No tube covers at all.
I am glad the OP posted the amp make (Crate BV)
I knew I saw those covers somewhere.
                (getting forgetful)

The Marshall amp I just finished uses that type of shield, and I saw them on an Orange amp also.......Rob.
