Sunn Concert Lead footswitch

This amp has some red knobs on it. Looks different from the Concert Lead pictures I'm finding online. Also, the footswitch is not 2 rca jacks. Instead it is a multi-pin connector. I'm considering pulling it out and wiring up a stereo jobby to switch the distortion/reverb with your typical grounding switches.. If anyone has any suggestions or doesn't like this idea let me know. Thought I'd throw it up on here before doing it.

I'd build an "adapter" so I could use available hardware but still keep the back panel original. I did this with an Acoustic 470 and it was cheaper than the cost of an "original" footswitch or the "new" ones found on ePay.
