  • Deluxe Reverb Power xmer doesn't fit? Are DRRI xmers different?

I want to replace the power xmer in my 60's Deluxe Reverb. The xmer I received is slightly bigger and won't fit. Is it possible I got a DRRI instead? the numbers read B-041316
    93032267_211
    EIA606MS0906 SB4
It has the correct wiring, yel 5v, green 6.3v, B+ with bias tap but the wires are fitted with push on connectors. Not needed in old amps..... I Googled the heck out of these numbers and all know is it's Schumacker with a Fender number and not the one I need....

That's for the reissue. Electrically they should be the same, but fitment wise they won't fit the old amps. There are replacement transformers that are supposed to be subs for both the 125P23D and the 041316. However, some say they won't fit the old amps (like the transformer you have):
Fender Power Transformer, '65 Deluxe Reverb Reissue
and some say they won't fit the reissues, like this one:

Well you good! There's my exact xmer from Angela with the statement of not fitting! I got from another builder. This was aggravating wondering what it was. Also thx for the proper xmer info. Thx again......
