      Agreed.
      They appear to be "ceramic" fuses, 5 x 20mm (width & length), hense the cloudy look.
      Ceramic fuses help to contain any "flash" when they are overstressed.
      FYI: The fuses are labeled :
      -F2A: this a "fast acting" 2 amp fuse.
      -T1A: this is a "slow blow" (ie: time delay) 1 amp fuse.
      Please note that the fuses have a "voltage rating" of 250 volts.
      As this is what is installed from the factory, I would recommend that this rating is observed, when purchasing replacement fuses.

        looks like a t1ah for some reason is that a 1 amp timed or a 10?

          The photo is hard to read.
          If that is indeed what is marked, then , yes, it is a 1 amp slow blow fuse.

              Bt the way, if any fuses are blown, you can expect (in all probability) to find one or more bad power tubes

                yes i found 2 took them out shook them they make a sound like a burnt out light bulb.
                got some cheap sovtec tubes for now ill put in there
