How to use a tube tester

Hey I just bought an Eico 666 (the devil made me buy it...) and well there is no manual for it and I want to know, how do I operate it? I can see the settings on the roll chart (which I've heard can be inaccurate on this model?) but I really don't know what they translate into. What are the levers 1-9, C V and S? and the buttons above them?

If anyone has any links or just a run through of how to test a tube using this contraption it would be greatly appreciated!
