Midas Verona, no signal on direct outs!!

I am having a problem with the direct outs on a Midas Verona console. Basically getting a very weak signal coming out on all channels. On the stereo section there is virtually no signal coming out.
Is there a known issue with direct outs on this console? I thought that it might be a loose ribbon cable that would cause the problem but they seem intact and the fact that it's on all channels would make it unlikely. Does it have anything to do with the jumper switches for pre/post fader? Is there an easy way to check where the signal is being lost? I have no schematics at the moment.

I would appreciate any feedback.

I got on to midas and got a reply within a day or so. It was a problem with linking jumpers to select different option for the direct outputs. I switched the jumpers to pre eq and it solved the problem.
