Were you fixing something or trying to build a working footswitch? Any FS you make must have that jumper. If the amp alone was not working, then either Q2 is bad or the 15v is not getting through those pullup resistors to turn it on.

I was building a working footswitch. The scheme I got from the mfg did not not indicate any jumper. I replaced Q2 and the 22ohmFP R123, which was fried when I got the amp. Channel switching worked fine from the front panel after that. Building the pedal was next to make the rig complete. I may investigate the weak chorus effect. Any insight?
