Vox Cambridge 30 reverb

Hi There.
So i've also got the problem of the famous LT9914 optocoupler failing. I'm in the amp repair business, but flying solo. No contact with suppliers.
Any idea where I can order this component online? Also see a mention to the VTC5L3. What's the difference?

The VTC5L3 has three legs, where you only use the outside two.
