hello i have a vc2110 when i crank the volumn i get nice tube distortion but the amp isn't that loud. should be as loud as my blues junior not even close. i swapped the preamp tubes and the output tubes . ther is very low hours on this amp since i bought it new years ago maybe 6 hrs use

Is the low volume something new or has it always been this way?
First of all, you are comparing apples to oranges.
The Crate is a 15 watt amp with a 10" speaker.
The Fender is a 15 watt amp with a 12" speaker.
Plus, there where many different versions of the Jr.
The Fat switch is the main difference.
    Some have it, some don't.
Does your Jr have the Fat switch?

If you would like to give it a go, here is the schematic.
There is no answer that can be given without data.
There are test points all over the schematic.
If the amp is truly sick, at least one of the voltages may be off & provide a clue where the issue is.
Minimum test equipment is a volt meter.
Ideally you would like to have a signal generator & a scope.
