  • bad cat footswitch cable

Any of you guys ever fix/build one of these cables?
They have an odd type plug on both ends, a 6 pin DIN with offset holes, not like a standard DIN, looks like an Amphenol, with the screw on ring to secure it to the jacks.

Aside from fixing this cable, the guy wants me to make another, but I'm having a hard time trying to locate the plugs.

    Thanks.

Yeah, I think I saw this (your?) pic in a Gear Page thread.

RJM seems to be the only place I've found so far, thanks.

if you show the pinout and maybe a few dia. measurements I am confident I could get you an exact replacement; this is not a custom piece!

It looks to be an CPC/SPC Pro Signal connector (PSG01592) available at Farnell for 1.5 euros
          PSG01592 - PRO SIGNAL - SOCKET, MULTIPOLE, 6WAY | Farnell Ireland
or CPC (?) for a bit less

          panel mount here:
          PSG01595 - PRO SIGNAL - PLUG, MULTIPOLE, PANEL, 6WAY | Farnell Ireland

make sure the pins line up!
