  • Selmer Thunderbird mk.2 Nuts & bolts

    My Selmer Thunderbird 50 mk.2 needs new nuts and bolts to hold the chassis in place in the cabinet.
    I live in Norway and have done the past thirty odd years so finding bolts with threads that fit the bolts welded in the chassis is a big problem.
    Do any of you 50yr. old + + musicians know what size threads and type were used on old Selmer amps back in the late 60s an no doubt these are the same used on early Vox amps to.

    I think the ones used on the Selmers are close enough to M5 metric that you can carefully run a M5 tap through them. That's what I did with mine!
