Boo on Marshall Customer Service

What PITA to get Marshall replacement parts. Parts is parts used to have a lot but having a tough time getting ahold of them and saw on another thread here that they don't have much parts anymore. Wish more companies were like Peavey. Need an fx return jack for a JCM2000 DSL.

DSL WHAT? 201, 401, 50, 100?

And what does the jack look like? Isn't it something generic?

100w DSL head. The FX return jack is a switching jack. Here it is from UK supplier.

I rang Marshall here in the UK for a reverb tray for a TSL 602 back in January and they said they're not in stock until the middle of April. What???????

It's too tall... these dang pc mount jacks are very specific. Thanks though.
