i have an issue with my combo amplifier. my imput jack was messed up so i replaced it..when i put the amp back together to try it out, the entire thing isnt working. for some reason the amp isnt switching channels at all. the only light even showing up is my clean channel. the biggest problem im having is i am not getting any sound at all.

would anyone have any advice on the situation?

Welcome to the place. If the problem started after you changed the input jack, then it would be reasonable to assume that it was something that you did that caused this new problem.

Check over the things that you did, and look for any broken wires or loose connectors. If the amp is not responding normally, my first guess would be that the power supply is not working properly or is not getting to where it is supposed to get to.

If you have a meter check to see if all of the power supply voltages are there.

Just for the record here on these RG series amps.....when you get no output and the ch switching doesn't work, look to the 15v regs on the preamp pcb. They frequently break loose from the board (cracked solder) or just plain break off and roll around inside the chassis from all the vibration. They shoulda secured them down to begin with....
