Does anyone have a spec sheet for this op AMP or alternatively

an equivalent OP amp part number that I can throw in place of my flaky IC1 on a 'Fender sidekick 60'.

I got a bucket full of spare parts but don't know which one would be best...

The generic equivalent for that Fender part number is a Mitsubishi M5218P. I'd guess that any generic dual will work in there.
