Correct mounting of d130f to tone-ring question

I can't help but warp the thin steel when I mount the speaker on the tone-ring. I use nylock nuts, thinking that they will be more secure against loosening when used at lower torque settings than a kep-nut— but the ring still warps at the tightness I use. I am using all eight holes on the speaker chassis due to the tone-ring's flimsiness.

May I please have the benefit of those who have experience mounting those JBLs to Fender tone-rings!
