On a schematic , i have a resistor is labeled : 0R33
Is that 33 ohms , or .33 ohms ?

The letter takes the place of the decimal point.
0R33 = 0.33 ohms
4k7 = 4.7k = 4700 ohms
2M2 = 2 meg = 2,000,000 ohms

Assuming it's a surface mount device, 0R33 would be 0.33 ohms. The R indicates the decimal point for resistor values below 10 ohms.

Oh, uh, um... well I was trying to correct for the metric conversion factor along with the coreolis force, and um and um...
OK, it was a mistake.
Yes of course I meant to type 2M2 = 2.2meg = 2,200,000 ohms. I actually do know this. Thanks for catching the ball.
