Silvertone 1484 Twin Twelve - Channel EFX Questions

Hey guys,
It's been a while since my last amp repair/restore, but lady luck of tubes, has smiled at last. I lucked into a Silvertone 1484 Twin Twelve Head & Cabinet. All original. Had low volme and hum. I found a few bad resistors and re=capped the amp. Also replaced all diodes. It sounds good now. One question: The tremolo and reverb only works on channel 2. Is channel one supposed to be dry? Is this normal? I've taken lots of picks of the rebuild that I'll post later this week.

Perfectly normal. A bazillion Fender models are that way for example.
