Holden wasp phase invertor problems

My apologies, I popped in a new valve this morning before measuring.

HT is steady, any other intermittent components would affect both sides of the PI as plate and grid resistors have been replaced. I've also snipped out the 22nF cap to further the troubleshooting.

I'm examining solder joints now...

No conductivity to pin 5...that'll teach me for measuring on the board side.

Well that's a bloody relief innit.
