Trying to get the chassis out but the tuner is in the way and I can't pry it up out of its hole. Any help greatly appreciated!

If I cannot fit my fingers into the space allowed by the wire slack, I grasp the connector by the wires with my long nose pliers or long tweezers and fit the connector into its mate. (Or repurpose your old roach clip) If I get it set into the connector, I can push it down with the tip of a screwdriver.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

Looks nearly identical to the BT100 that I worked on this summer. My memory is not as fresh but I do remember some. I disconnected the wire connector either from the tuner or on the amp board. Once you get the plug in wire free from the tuner, you just tilt the amp chassis to clear the tuner as you pull it out. Yeah that thing is like glued in there as I recall. When the going gets weird... The weird turn pro!

I never have to remove the meter display.
Please make notes, take pictures, mark things or otherwise record which way the connectors go back on.
Pull the chassis out as far as you can to reveal the wires from the meter where they plug onto the main board, THAT is what you unplug, leaving the meter and its wires hanging there. Now slide the chassis on out - maybe even the other direction, I forget - and when you get to where it wants to run into the meter innards, lift up the outer end of the chassis, which will angle the part still inside the cab to be lower, and you can clear the meter.
Ever try to move a chair or sofa through a doorway, and it won't fit? But if you stick like the back of the chair through the door, you can then rotate the bottom part through, and there you are. It is a similar thing here. You can't pull the chassis straight out, but you can rotate the chassis as you pull out to make clearance.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
