  • Ampeg BA115HP tuner oscillations

Hi, checking an oscillating Ampeg BA115HP, I found out that the tuner module creates the oscillation. When I pull its plug from the pcb, the amp works fine. A tuner module replacement is hard to get, so what to do, using the amp without that thing?
    Thanks for suggestions

Does the tuner work too? Any chance the tuner is plugged in backwards?

No, the tuner is plugged in the right way (there's only one right way due to the connector/socket). When oscillating the tuner's leds running to and fro' like crazy, they used to work decently before. Probably U1 A (TL072) went south, but I'm not quite sure, for if it works with the tuner unplugged, it seems to be ok.
