themusic, are both channels weak or only the distortion side?

If you turn up the reverb and shake the tank do you hear it loud through the speaker?

Have you checked the speaker itself and are you sure it's plugged into the correct speaker jck?

Replaced C35 with the original and good to go...that was a new cap that failed ? Thanks to everybody
