Hi, New old guy here. Trying to learn by doing. I just acquired a SWR 350 Bass Silverado that howls and squeals when the power is turned on also the preamp tube does not lite up(I've tried replacing the tube with known good one) I've verified 15V + and - after the first set of diodes but thats as far as I'm comfortable going without some direction. Also the preamp clip lite flashes. A mulitmeter and very limited knowledge is all I have. I did get the schematic. Can anyone offer advice and does anyone have the layout drawing? Thanks, Don
