Behringer MDX 212

When I set 2 different effects (one on each channel) and use the button on the amp or the foot switch, the effect stays on the current setting rather than switching to the different one I selected. Ex. effect 8 on one channel and effect 10 on the other it stays on effect 8.

I have to admit I don't know what an MDX212 is. I know GMX212 guitar amps, and there is a series of MDX models, but they have four digit numbers like 2100, 2200, 4000. And those are rack processing units.

In the GMX212, you can select an FX, but I think you have to hold a button down for several seconds for it to lock onto the effect. But as I am unsure what you have, I can't yet comment on using more than one effect.
