Hi All.
The 1222 came in dead apart from the 48v phantom light and it stayed on regardless of the phantom switch position.
Any way i traced about and found D4 had shorted, didn't have one to hand so popped a 1N5404 in (the HER303 are on order) it's similar but i know is not fast enough.
This time the desks' power led flashed 4 times, fired up the desk as normal then promptly shutdown after 30secs, no lights on at all. If you shut the mains off for a while and start it up again it just repeats the whole flashy thing again and shuht down.
Checked the smps without any load, all voltages that were supposed to be there were, but found that on connector X3 pin 2 the -15v is in fact -17v, so am assuming this imbalance is the cause of this new problem, i'm at a loss as all components associated with it check out fine. I've also replaced C12 and C16 as i've had trouble with them, more C16, on passed units. Any help is greatly appreciated.
