No volume with Crate GLX1200H

Sorry about that. I did test at TP14 & TP 15. I was getting the 120vAC on the primary before the transformer. When I tested at TP15 I was getting no reading at all.

Volts ac or Volts DC on TP 14 & 15.
O/k, no reading on TP 15.
What is the reading on TP14?
You are attempting to measure the basic power supply voltages.
Set your Meter to read Volts DC.
Red probe to TP.
Black probe to chassis ground.

Thanks for the help guys. The power transformer was bad. I put the new one in this morning and it works.

May I ask where you got the replacement transformer? mine went bad in my powered subwoofer, same part #, and I've hit a wall on this. Cambridge Soundworks won't help me at all and I can't find a suitable sub.
