Hi, I am the owner Hughes and Kettner switchblade 50W combo for 3 years, 5 days before the all factory presets and my saved sounds are dissapeared, I can not save any sound on my pedalboard, all amp features working corectly, delay, chorus, reverb, volume etc. everything is all right, except the factory and my presets. My technician think to replace the slot memory circuit board little chip with audio-procesor and memory card who can easily release from mainboard, he ask where he can buy this slot to replace them ? Or maybe is a more problems somewhere in the mainboard ? Please help ?
