So on R3 you have 0.063V on lower pin and 0.03V on upper pin. Think if this is correct. I would rather measure voltages directly on R3 and R4 (and not in reference to the ground). Your measurements does not seem to be correct. When you measure voltages on R3 and R4 then calculate currents and post the values here.

Ah, I did the measurements in the schematic before biasing. Measurement on output after… I'll measure again.
