Hi all
Im looking for a supplier for can style caps that are bigger than 35mm
Building a new amp and was very careful on drilling the transformers mounting and did the fatal thing of not checking the size of cutter for the caps. Cut the chassis holes to
44mm.
If i use the 35mm cap clamps, i cant get the mounting holes done as they are too close to the edge. If i used cap clamps that i have from old bristish amps they would be perfect, But i would need some bigger caps to go in them
Ive checked the usual suppliers here in the uk. The amp is for me and want it to look nice and hopefully sound just a tad nice too
Any ideas where i can get larger can caps than 35mm
