I have a Peavey Special 2x12 and the power supply is bad. Is this an easy fix or am i going to have to just pay to get it fixed

No, the power supply is not especially complex but I suspect that you don't know for sure that it is the power supply.
How easy it is is only a question you can answer. if you've have no electronics knowledge it's probably better to hand it over to someone who has.Experience is something you get, just after you really needed it.

Asking us if a "bad" power supply is easy to fix is like asking us if it is easy to fix your car if it "makes a noise." It really isn;t very specific.
What exactly is wrong with the amp? And how did you decide the power supply was the cause? You could have anything from a simple blown fuse up to major damage.
I agree with nickb, if you don;t know what you are looking at inside the amp, you should refer the repair to someone who does.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
