that Award-Session are no longer supplying their SG75-PM120 unit?

Not that I know of. The power amp is uncomplicated - it shouldn't be too hard to repair.

What exact module do you have in your Sessionnette?
Many different have been used along the years.

If it's one of the sealed ILP modules, it's replacement only

If it's the MOS version, the one NickB mentions, it's repairable, generally using modern Exicon Fets instead of the unobtainium metallic TO3 Toshiba 2SK/2SJ .

But lately they had been supplying the Bipolar version, using MJ11015/16 .
Is that the one you have?
Also repairable, unless the PCB is burnt beyond recognition.
